The science behind MOJO

The research behind the MOJO SURVEY goes back five decades and is based on the pioneering work of McGregor, Hertzberg, Hackman and Oldham into what makes a good job. MOJO measures how employees experience their job and how well designed the job is to be intrinsically motivating – which is one of the key drivers of employee engagement.
